As much as I appreciate Athleta's yoga/fitness aesthetic, I love a classic white button down. What a it was a treat to come across this one. I tend to steer away from crops but this one hits perfect and compliments a legging or wide leg pant. And as a busty one, it was nice to find a button down ...that didn't pull across the chest. The material lends itself to travel as well and will be a versatile staple for this year's adventures.
I was drawn to this shirt for the Varsity blue color. I was hoping I could use it like a light jacket/layer. I'm so tired of everything being cropped. It makes my shoulders look even more broad and doesn't do my midsection any favors. Maybe if you're narrow and super thin, but this does not work for... people like me. I wish there were a bigger variety of tops in this Varsity color that weren't cropped

I love the looks of this top and the fabric. It fits great and feels good. I'm usually a medium and that is the size I ordered. The sleeves are slightly short, but not too short that it looks odd; or I can roll them up. The overall length of the top is a bit short, too. I wish it was an inch or 2 longer, but overall I like it.

While I was shopping in store, I didn't really think to buy this shirt. I came for a sports bra and leggings. But after the suggestion of a sales associate, I tried this shirt on in yellow. And then in the lapis lazuli-like blue. They are cropped, but not a crazy short kind of crop. I have worn both shirts out on their own, or with a neutral colored (black or white) cami inside. I've even worn them to work for casual Fridays. They're the absolute best! Easy to wash, easy to steam/iron if you hand them to dry.

Cute fit, I got it to match my poplin skirt in varsity blue. I like to have the option of monochrome looks, however it was easy to find lots of other clothes with the same color from other brands. I like to wear these types of shirts open over a tank top. Not too cropped for me.
