I didn't realize that the cups had a weird foam in them that you can't remove. It bunched up after the first time I washed it. I ordered a size medium I'm a 34 dd to f. It didn't seem to have quite enough support.

In my process of finding the perfect sport bra, this one is a winner in the group of three ordered online. The pads are stitched in and STAY in place when washing and are not a thought at all, unlike the others. The material is soft and good for everyday wear, and light aerobic activities. In hindsight, I would have replaced the 2 other bras with this one.
