Too short

I'm 5'7" with an average torso and this shirt is about 1-2" too short. If it shrinks at all, it will not be wearable. It is boxy and the back kind of flares out in a weird way. It is definitely a trendy style and not a classic silhouette that'll last for years. Too bad. I really wanted to like this!...

I would have purchased this shirt in every color if it was about two inches longer. I like the idea of a shirt that doesn't need to be tucked in, but I don't want to expose my middle aged middle! I should add that I am short waisted. I can't imagine where this would hit on someone with an average length waist.
