This is the best thing I've purchased all year. Bought at the last minute to take on a 3 week vacation in Asia and I'm so glad I did. The coat folds flat for packing and doesn't wrinkle. It's a great weight that kept me warm when a chill was in the air yet could be worn in the rain when it was over... 90 degrees. The hood covers your head but doesn't fall down over your eyes. I love the blue/gray color-it goes with everything and matches the cross body bag I bought previously. I am 5'2" and around 125 lbs and the petite XS fits perfectly with the exception of the sleeves which are too long. I just rolled them over once and they looked fine. Length is perfect and lands just above knee my knees. It kept me dry in drizzle but I did not wear it in a downpour so I can't speak to whether it is totally waterproof. It washes well and looks like new right out of the washer. Hang to dry. I highly recommend this coat!
Don't know how quality control didn't catch this. I like the coat so much that I might keep it and wear unzipped. Not ideal for a rain coat. To Athleta designers: no woman's body is made this way ! I wonder if they used dimensions for a man. Men are built this way. The way this coat fits … is... just how a man's shirt fits a woman. Big in arms/shoulders, and very tight across lower waist and hips. In my case, I cant zip this coat. And it's so big in the top that I can't get a bigger size. My proportions are extremely average as I could have been a 'fit model'. Beware- there is some kind of mistake here. Still a pretty coat - SUCH A SHAME !

I LOVE this raincoat. I had an older Athleta raincoat, it was great, but the features on this one are so much better. I can adjust the fit of the wrists on the sleeves. I can also adjust the waist, which is great for colder months, when I'm wearing bulky clothing. It's a little longer, so more of me stays dry. I highly recommend this raincoat. Run, don't walk, they'll probably sell out fast!!

This jacket is absolutely amazing. When Athleta says it is rainproof, they truly mean it. I purchased this jacket specifically for my trip to Ireland in early June, and it ended up being one of the best purchases I made for the entire trip. Not only is it practical, but it is also stylish and looks great with both leggings and jeans. During my time in Ireland, there was not a single day without some rain, and this jacket kept me completely dry every day. It performed exactly as advertised. What impressed me even more was how well it worked as a windbreaker. Ireland can be incredibly windy, especially along the coast, and there were many times when I was grateful for the extra protection from the wind. It kept me comfortable, warm, and dry throughout the trip. Before deciding on this jacket, I purchased several other rainproof jackets and in the end, I returned all of them because none of them felt as well-made, comfortable, or attractive as this one. Looking back, I know I made the right choice. If you are looking for a jacket that is both functional and stylish, I highly recommend this one. It kept me warm, dry, and comfortable through rainy, windy Irish weather, and I would purchase it again without hesitation.
