I bought two and I'm eying a third. Is it crazy to have three of the same pant? The colors are awesome. It reminds me of the citizens of humanity Marcel cargo except this athleta pant has stretch and is far more comfortable. One unusual thing about this pant is that the legs rides up to the middle ...of my calves when I sit down. That's fine for summer but that will make this pant look silly to wear in the fall and winter. This is why I wish it was longer, or had an option for talls to cuff and uncuff. I'm not tall, 5'6, 125 pounds, and the size 2, 4, and 6 fit me, but the 4 and 6 give me the slightly barrel, relaxed look that I love. The bigger sizes sit lower on the waist, and the waist has stretch (as does the whole pant). Another perk of this pant is that it has a linen/cotton look and feel but doesn't wrinkle like linen. It makes me feel more put together, like I ironed before I put them on (and who has the time to iron, hah!). I'm giving this pant 4.5/5 stars, taking off half a star for the length. I actually believe the pant looks more trendy than it does on the model. I don't know what's up with that but I don't think the model photo accurately represents how cool the pant actually is. Kudos to Athleta for a high end looking and fitting product!

First, these are nice pants. Based on review comments about the waist being tight, I ordered them in a 2 and 4 petite (my waist is 27 in. but I usually wear a 2/26). The 2P was snug in the waist, but there is some stretch to the fabric, so it wasn't terrible, but also not real comfortable. The 4P wa...ist was more comfortable, and the pants were quite loose in the hips. I would have kept them, except the waist was too high--above my navel, not like it's shown in the product images, where the waist is slightly below the navel. The proportion didn't look right. I appreciate that Athleta offers pants in petite lengths, but it would be great if rise and width were also proportionally smaller. If you're height is average or tall, these pants will probably look great on you.

These are such a flattering fit. The length is also perfect for me— i am 5'3". I wish the rise were just a hair lower, but otherwise, i love them. I'm happy to see more colors.

The fabric is beautiful and washes beautifully. I have these in two colours. They have some stretch and I'm in between sizes, so I chose to go with the smaller of the two sizes. The barrel shape is perfect, more subtle and not dramatic at all.

I bought navy last year and olive this year before the new colors were available. It's a decent neutral. My new ones seem stretchier than the old despite the fabric content being the same, and they're a little wider at the tops of the thighs, which isn't flattering but oh well. What really irks me is that the washing directions say not to put them in the dryer! All my other Athleta pants are machine wash and dry. I'd love to know if anyone has ignored those impractical suggestions and tried drying theirs in the dryer.

I have these in black and in white and I love the smooth feel and the fit. But despite washing in cold water and hanging to dry, the black pants immediately faded and now look really old despite only being worn a handful of time. They're so faded looking that I only wear them for super casual outings and not to work. I love the white ones though and they still look crisp and new. I would avoid buying the dark colors that will fade. The waist runs a little small.

I'm new to Athleta and only have a few pieces. I'm a size 8 and a little curvy in the hips, but these pants fit beautifully. I went with the regular for a full length, but will be ordering a shorter length for summer in another color. They did come with somebody else's gift receipt in the pocket so clearly they had been a return, which I get happens, but you just don't want to know about it!
