First of all, I don't want my 4 instead of 5 stars to insinuate this is t a great dress, because that is not the truth. In fact, I own two, and think this is one of the best T-shirt dresses Athleta has made to-date. This is a very flattering and very comfortable T-shirt dress. The material actually ...makes it a little nicer than your average T-shirt dress, and it is very lightweight. I took off one star because I think this dress is very short. I am only 5'3", and the regular medium barely goes past my fingertips. I had initially tried on a petite medium, but it barely covered my bottom. If you can get this in a length you are comfortable wearing, it is a wonderful dress! #sweepstakes
I have this dress in 2 colors and it is a short style, length for size Small is around 34", NOT 37 1/2! It hits above the knee by at least a couple inches (I'm 5' 3") I went on the Athleta chat and the person who was assisting me insisted it was correct. I told her it was a shorter style dress an...d the listing was incorrect because I have 2 of the dresses. I was actually interested in the length of the tall size for my daughter, assuming if the regular size was off, so was the tall. She didn't offer to take it any further and have it checked. Just insisted there was no error. Thanks for nothing Praveen P.

Love the material and the fit of the dress! The one not-so-great thing is how the bottom hem looks on my body, but the more I wear it the less I notice it. I feel great wearing this dress and love the casual vibe it gives off, but do wish it came in more colors.

this dress is 'fine'. let me start by saying-the color is gorgeous. wish theyd do more with color like this. it is a quality dress-well made, nice fabric. and it is the right length. not too long or short. for me though, the fit was just ok. i love a shift and dont mind it being fitted, but this one just sorta hugged too tightly in the wrong places. it accentuated my mid section a bit too much. wanted to like, but will return. i even sized up. normally a medium but bought a large. im 5'5" 142lbs.

Great dress for travel and summer in general. WARNING!! - I had to go up 2 sizes for the fit I wanted! I am an active 75 year old, 5'3" I don't like clothes that are too tight or cling to me. I typically wear a medium but after reading the reviews, I ordered a large and an extra large. I kept the extra large! At 5'3", the length was perfect for me. If you are super thin and younger, you might only need to go up 1 size.
