For someone that runs and does high-impact workouts, this sports bra is perfect! It's so soft and holds you in while you're jumping, running, etc. It's very flattering and any shirt you wear just glides right over it. I wish I would have found these bras for training at the gym earlier in my life! They're amazing. I bought four!
