These leggings are a little thicker and more durable than a lot of other leggings out there. Not overly thick though. If you're looking for something without a waistband and that's a bit more forgiving than the Transcend or the competitor's Align leggings, these are it. I also love the Transcend leggings and find that the Salutation Stash run a little larger than those. I haven't tried the smaller size yet, but I suspect that these run 1/2-1 size larger than the Transcend. I like that the pockets are generous enough to actually be functional too. For reference, I am 5' 2.5" and 97 lbs., have a slim/straight build, and the XS fits well but may be a little generous on me since my hips and legs are pretty slim. An XS in the Transcend style fits me a little better as they run smaller.

I'm 5'5 140lbs and got a medium and could have def gotten a small. That being said, i will likely use these for yoga / lifting and will get a smaller size for running / HIIT work outs for more compression. Otherwise, super soft and comfortable. Also great for lounging!

These are my favorite leggings. I teach and practice yoga. I have many pairs of these in multiple colors. They are light to the touch and have just the right amount of compression. The quality surpasses many other brands. They hold up for many years even after a great deal of use and washings.
