These have a lower leg old school cut, not elongating or leg flattering at all, very utilitarian. The small fit like an extra small and there is a seam on the inside just below the waist that cut into my flesh, visible from the outside. Terrible design. It was final sale (I was so sure it would fit!) so I donated it.

Love the color and style of this swim bottom. I have been working at toning & knew I needed a smaller size than I have been wearing, but this small was too big. Disappointed because I can't return it (final sale). Someone will get a cute bottom for the remainder of the summer!
