As a tall girl with a generous butt, I struggle to find shorts for work. These shorts keep me comfortable, somewhat fashionable, and modest while working outside in the summer. I like the generous front pockets and the mini zippered front pocket is great for keeping chapstick, cash, or cards secur...e. Generous pockets on the back would also be great. These shorts are washing well. I'm not sure how they'd do in the dryer, because I hang them to dry. I normally wear an XS or S for bottoms. I'm not sure how small they make these, but I probably could have fit into an XXS better for this style. The waist does seem to run a little big. Athleta, please make these shorts in more colors!

I love these shorts and wanted to keep them- the description mentions a drawcord but there actually isn't one. The mediums were too big so they fell down, and smalls were a little too small so I couldn't keep these. I really wish they had more sizes, a curvy fit, or a drawcord, because otherwise the...se shorts are perfect. Great material, lightweight, great length and pockets. If you are not as curvy these would probably be perfect :)

Shorts are lightweight and perfect for Florida weather! It feels like you have nothing on. There is a huge jump from a medium to large. Large is falling off me, but medium is snug. Downside is colors are limited.

The fabric of these shorts is so cool, light and comfortable for the hottest of and all the days of summer. Love the zipper pockets , and these shorts could be dressed up or down. I own several pairs in every color. They wash extremely well and do not wrinkle or require ironing. They pack very easily and take up very little space if you're traveling. The elastic waist is very flattering and I get lots of compliments when I wear these shorts.

I bought these specifically to wear to an amusement park so I could zip my phone into my pocket on rides. So comfortable. The zip pocket barely fit my phone, if I had had a larger model it would not have worked. But perfect for what I needed. Would easily zip up a car key or small wallet.

I should have listened to others and sized down! I usually am XS or XXS, and went with XS, but it is just a tad loose around the waist (but final sale, so alas). It's still a very cute and versatile pair of shorts! I love the light, breathable material, and the high waist is very flattering. The shorts are very flowy and almost gives an A-line skirt sort of shape that is very slimming. Appreciate the roomy pockets too!
