I was really excited to find that Athleta had released a style similar to one discontinued awhile ago (hyper focused bra). It fits well, has good coverage and support for larger busts but in my hurry to purchase, I didn't notice that it's not made of the same powervita material the previous style us...ed which I preferred. I will be keeping it however as I find it's difficult to find these types of bras (cute strappy style, well-fitting, moderate support, pullover style for D+ cup). But will definitely keep an eye out for a copy of the older style!
The Train Free Sports Bra was first introduced in 2017 or 18. I have 3 bras from that period. It was before Athleta decided that women's breasts could be divvied up between A -C & D/DD. Nevertheless, those bras are still really comfortable to me. I tried this newest version in white, size small. I... find the straps gravitate toward my neck and press down on my traps in such a way that this bra can become really uncomfortable. I have a tendency to live in my athletic wear, so maybe I'm just pressing my luck. Perhaps I should get out of my athletic wear after my workouts, and change into street wear. I should point out that I don't run; I enjoy hiking so much more, and weight training. The newer version is sturdier and cut higher along the band, and the cups are sized somewhat bigger as well.

As a 'C' I found it more comfortable to get a smaller size around the chest and go up a cup size to the D because I found the straps pulled on my shoulders. Once fitted properly for me, the bra is comfortable and well made.

So I love Athleta active wear - and am a pretty new customer. But this sports bra is so cute - I wondered about the actual functionality. But ladies, it is fabulous. Not only does it have an amazing silhouette-but it really does the job. Despite hard workouts, I never find myself pulling at it or adjusting it. It is one of my absolute favorites now - and I would definitely buy it again.

Could use just a bit more coverage. This is my second favorite Athleta bra for my 32 DDs. Best is Interval (only color block, not solid colors). This bra is super cute though. I have it in three colors.

This is a modern design—just enough flare. However, on a medium/large body it fits a bit squished in the back….(5'5", 165 lbs, C-cup). I needed a racer back design for fluid arm movement, but instead I feel like I have back fat being squished together.it needs a bit of 'give' for larger sizes.

I'm a personal trainer and I need a sports bra that gives me good support and is comfortable to wear all day. I bought this as a replacement for my older Ultimate bras which Athleta sadly discontinued. I found it very similar.

This bra is really cute and I like the color. It's supportive as well. I feel good working out in it or wearing it when I'm running errands.
