When I first opened the package I didn't think this belt would work for me - it appears narrow. But it has great stretch! It held my large iPhone 17 pro max and keys with room for more. It stays in place and fits smoothly against my body. I've worn it running and biking and it works equally well for both.

I love the color, it fits my phone + key + AirPods case perfectly. I will say I tightened it as much as possible and i could probably have used a smaller size even though I bought the smallest size available. It also does sometimes "flop" for lack of a better term when I'm running/hands down a bit. But as a whole it's a good running belt. I like the reflective bit too.
