I read reviews before I bought, and was encouraged to see reviewers specifically call out how well it stays in place. It absolutely does NOT stay in place. I had to cut a run short because I spent the entirety of the time adjusting and readjusting it. I don't know if it was the gripping or the adjusters for the straps, but if you want a run belt that actually performs, this is not it.
