I am not a review writer but I just love this bag! I decided to switch to a backpack for work and ordered the Diem Backpack. So glad I did. Beautiful color, good quality and lots of space. Highly recommend!

Thank you Athleta for designing a backpack that has enough function for my everyday work commuting! I finally retired the previous Athleta backpack I had for this one. Some details to know: -2 side exterior water pocket inserts to hold standard size water bottles -wide exterior pocket with zipper and inside separate pockets for commuter cards, accessories etc -interior separation for laptop/etc -Additional deep pocketing -sturdy premium zippers -fabric is different than the other backpack they carry, I liked this one better. We will see how it holds after months of use. So far is been 2 months and been great!

I love everything from the color, to the exterior and interior pockets, and the double sided compartments for water bottles. HOWEVER, I wish the straps were a little bit bigger in width. They are too thin and not proportional to the rest of the bag. When you begin to pack the bag and it is heavier, the tiny straps become a problem and I can see this resulting in the stitching coming apart. Also, because 'Athleta' is embroidered on the string that lengthens and shortens the strap, this causes the peace in which the string passes through to become stuck. This makes adjusting the straps a pain. Due to the material being plastic, too much tugging will ultimately break the piece and then you're left with a one strapped backpack.

Our daughter loves this backpack! It has great pockets and it is a good size for all of her school items! The material is so soft.

I am in love with this backpack! The color is spot on for what I wanted. It's roomy enough to hold what I need and simple enough to not lose things in bottomless pockets. The two water bottle pockets expand easily to fit a variety of sizes but stay snug to keep your drink in place.
