This hat works well in the 30 to 40 degree temperature range and the material does not make my hair staticky. When I first bought it, it was way too tight but I was able to stretch it out some with my hands and now after wearing it for a few weeks it fits fine. I'm still haven't decided if I like ...all the extra material on the top of the hat, but that's just a style choice. Works fine for both dog walks and going in and out of stores in NYC.

This would be a really nice hat if it wasn't tiny- like big kid size! I have a relatively small size women's head and this is so tight I struggle to get it on and it pulls my eyebrows up and doesn't stay on- it rides up as you wear it. It's a shame because it is a nice hat otherwise- nice cotton yar...n and nice looking ribbing and colors. If it was only an inch bigger and a proper women's size hat, it would be perfect!

I lost my black beanie that I got last year and just had to replace it. I want to include - my last one was itchy on my forehead and this one is not. It's made of softer material than last year's version too. Can't live without and highly recommend.

Love the color but this is a tight knit and itchy. I have a small head and even for me it is tight. I expected better quality.

This hat runs very small. It is very tight and I will be returning. If you have an average or above average head, this will probably be too tight. It was almost too tight to even fit it on my head fully. Quality is nice and color is really cute, it's just way too small.
