The top band around the waist and upper hip has changed from the Elation Ultra High Rise tight and also the flair version. I like the smooth look of these pants and the length (long enough for my long-legged 5'6") but description notes a back pocket and there is none. A bit snug in waist but wearable.

My favorite work out pants. I absolutely love them and I love to stock up on them when they go on sale. They are comfortable and move with you no matter what you are doing in the gym. They wick up sweat and dry quickly, so I never feel uncomfortable!
