The fabric is extremely smooth. I'd say the arms run tighter than the body- arms are tight while body is semi fitted. True to size. I've worn with jeans and workout clothes.

Overall, I really like this top, especially for running. The description made me think it would be warm and I do find it a bit cool on my skin. At 5'7" and 138 lbs, I did size up from my usual Small to a medium. I pictured layering it over a baselayer and this size works great for that. Layering also helps with the cool feel while still providing some weather protection.

Make sure you know if its fleece or not.
