Strange lines all over

I am so disappointed in the quality of this fabric. I ordered 2 pairs in lighter colors and they had streaks all over them?! I washed them and the streaks got way worse. I then ordered these in black hoping you couldn't see any streaks, and you could definitely still see them in the black color too....

They used to make these in a short length and it was perfect. They no longer do. So the only leggings that my daughter loves we need to hem and Athleta no longer offers a tailor.

My tall and thin 10 year old loves these pants. We struggle to find pants for her that fit at her waist and that are long enough. Although they hit right below her ankles (more like hit on the top of her foot) they are perfect at the waist and perfect for her dance classes. Definitely recommend for the girlies on the taller side:
