These are my new favorite pants. They are perfect for summer and the fit is so flattering! I tried multiple styles - wide leg linen, Brooklyn Midrise, Venice High Rise Wide Leg, Endless High Rise - and didn't like any of them. But I already have two Brooklyn Heights Wide Leg Jumpsuits that I adore, ...so I was hopeful about these pants and I was right. They fit almost exactly like the jumpsuits do, so if you have tried those and like them, these will work for you. Also they are the exact same fabric/weight. The bonus is that now I can get the jumpsuit look even when I am not feeling like doing the whole jumpsuit, which does happen. I got the black, olive and purple-gray and they are fantastic. I'm at the point where I don't really want to wear shorts or skorts out and about, so these will be perfect for spring/summer. They fit true to size and are a good length. Sometimes Athleta pants are a tiny bit short for me, but not these. I am 5'9", but long waisted, so I often do long tops and regular length pants and these are an ideal length. Could not be happier! Thanks Athleta. Now, just bring back the Speedlight tops and I'll be good to go.
I have 3 pairs of these Brooklyn Heights High Rise Cargo Pants. One in black, slate (when they carried it), and now Aspen Olive, all in size 4 Reg. These are flattering, comfortable and cool on hot days (fabric is thin). I love them, and they are a staple in my summer work wardrobe. The first two pa...irs I bought in-store when they offered free tailoring. (I need them shortened a bit.) Sadly, these are now available online-only, so no tailoring. Luckily, I am a seamtress, so I purchased the Olive color recently and decided to hem them myself. They turned out great. HOWEVER, while I was ripping out the stitches of the hem of one leg, I noticed the hem fabric was worn, pilled and frayed on the inside as though someone had worn these a lot. When I got to the other leg, suspicions were confirmed because I found burs from a weed--the kind that sticks to clothes. So tell me Athleta, do you re-sell returns that have been worn, and worn out? Ah yes, you do! Shame on you; and double shame for selling them at full price too.

I have Brooklyn Heights wide leg cargo pants in navy, and black. I wish these great pants would return in other light summer/spring colors. These are my absolute favorite travel and run around pants for warmer weather.

Recently took these and another brand of similar pans on a trip to southern France. I found these pants were more durable and wrinkle resistant than the other. Once again, Athleta for the win. Please don't discontinue! I want more colors!
