Love the interval tights best with their compression. Took advantage of the discount and the color black. Always love a spare pair of black tights.

Just bought my first pair to wear for gym workouts. Love the high waist that doesn't slip, and the compression from the fabric feels great! I especially appreciate being able to get these in Tall, which is often not available from other brands. I like them so much that I just bought another pair and am recommending them to my friends!

The Interval Stash High Rise 7/8 Legging is a solid, no-nonsense performer. If you're looking for real compression, structure, and a truly squat-proof fabric (as all of my Athleta leggings have proven to be), this pair absolutely checks the box. They stay put, hold everything in, and feel built for movement that actually works up a sweat. That said, I'll admit I may have been spoiled by the buttery softness and gently supportive hug of the Salutation line. The Interval Stash leans more technical and performance-driven. Think sculpted and secure rather than cozy and cloud-like. Great for training days, strength work, or anything high-impact, but less of that second-skin softness I've grown accustomed to.

I was on a mission for leggings with a drawstring and pockets. It doesn't matter make/size or material, my leggings always fold over at the top or slide down. These did not. I don't even fully tie the string - just pull and tuck inside and they do the trick. The material compression is nice - not too tight. My only wish is that someone would make a mid rise tight and a longer 28" length still with a drawstring and pockets. For whatever reason, high rise and ultra high rise are always a tad too high but these are as close as it gets.

The material is thin and felt a little slippery with a little shine to them. They do have some compression and seemed to be squat proof. The high waste was nice and didn't seem to roll down. I'm 5'3", 138 lbs and the small regular fit perfectly. I got these in black.

I have just become so spoiled by the super soft materials of Athleta that this wasn't my favorite purchase. I bought it for the compression and the pockets, but the fit wasn't as smooth as I'd like. I'm 5'7.5" and about 125. The crotch area is a little too definitive, so to speak, so I have to pull it down/adjust that way or wear a long top over it. Perhaps I should have gotten the S instead of the XS (my usual size, esp for great compression while tap dancing or working out) and this wouldn't have been an issue. If there were a S on sale, I'd give it a shot.

Love the compression on these! Also love the fabric - I like that it's "slippery"! Also, love that they have pockets. I usually wear a medium and bounce between a small and medium in other Athleta bottoms but I got these in a small for extra compression.
