As a plus size athlete, I love these shorts and it seems like they have stopped making them! I have been wearing them for years and love the elastic string inside to keep them in place. I hate that they seem to be trying to get rid of their plus size selections

Not sure why the 7" length isn't being restocked but we want it back!! This is the only performance fabric in this length offered. The 9 is too long and the 5 is too short.

Please bring back the 9" Interval Stash High Rise. My favorite short, easy to run in, great pockets, and great coverage for women who, for whatever reason, want a bit longer length. Feels very user unfriendly to discontinue, especially from a company that purports to be all about women, no matter what age or size.

It's super disappointing that 7" is not being restocked. They are the BEST shorts for running. I've gone through 6+ pairs over the years. Seems like Athleta is trending less athletic these days.

Love the 7 inch length for trail and ultra running!! These are very durable and the pockets are great. The 5 are too short and the 9 too long. Bring back the 7!!!

I own the interval style in the 5" shorts, the "shortie", and the longer leggings. They are all the size small and fit. This length however did not. They are so tight it was difficult to pull on. Not really sure the reason but I was disappointed. They're going back to the store!

These are the only 7" short Athleta offers in a performance fabric made to withstand high friction activities (running, cross-training, etc.) And they only come in Black. And they are always out of stock. I am an atheltic build, size medium crossfitter/HIIT athlete who works out at high intensity - I cannot use workout shorts that ride up or need adjusting. These are for people who want shorts that stay in place and protect inner thighs from chaffing. And there are a lot of people who fit that description! I cannot for the life of me understand why there is only one option, especially when these are always sold out which means there is high demand. And I know this because this length and style of short is what EVERY SINGLE WOMAN in my gym wears during the summer, if they wear shorts at all. Or, IDK, just walk down the street in the summer and look at what women are wearing? It's like 50% bike shorts (and not the super short ones) where I live. No one is trying to wear those stupid little attached brief shorts that ride up and cut your inner thighs. No one wants a 2-4" inseam unless you're a human stick insect with thighs that don't touch. Or maybe people buy those just to lounge around in? Not me, not in this humidity. Please offer more functional 7"+ styles for highly active people. More colors would be nice too - but I'm willing to accept just black if Athleta can keep it in stock.

Perfect length. Amazing fabric, stay in place. Better than the 9" and 5" which are too long and too short. Please bring these back- they've been sold out for months and I need more!
