I bought a L in this one and I'm glad I did. It fits close to the body enough for me to wear it under my scrup tops but loose enough that I could wear it on its own. The white is a bit see-through so probably won't wear that one one alone but definitely the black and gray. The gray is a beautiful blue/gray that looks nice under my navy blue scrubs and my black ones. I also like that this top doesn't stick to the top worn over it. It keeps me warm without overheating. I like the rib texture and the neckline is different; I like that it's not too high on the neck. I have 5 of these now, 3 I just bought on sale. Total win, Athleta! I love youuuuu
