I am 5'4" 120 lbs, 35.5" hips. I have MANY Elations in size XS and all of them fit perfectly until the last 2 pairs I have ordered, which slide down. I really like the fit and feel of these leggings! I got the green color and this will be so cheerful to wear to workouts, especially on Winter months. :) Fits true to size.
