This dress is literally a dream! It looks good, dressed up or down. I now have this dress in two colors and I'm preparing to buy another. I wear it so often that I often miss it during the day when I'm wearing office clothes M-F. Athleta- PLEASE make a long version of this dress! Back to my revie...w… It hugs and all the right places and I love the fact that I don't have to wear a bra with it and it holds my 38D girlies perfect! I normally wear an Athleta large, but purchased in an extra large to have a little bit more coverage in length, not to mention, did not want it too tight and It shows my curves and all the right ways. I always get tons of compliments in it and always recommend people to purchase this dress. Do yourself a favor, and buy it!

Ok, so i bought into the positive reviews. I ordered the S and ST, as i am 5'7", 125#, 32D hourglass athletic figure. I am not impressed. The built in bra flattened my chest , the fit was TTS but it really didnt enhance my curves. It looked like a swimsuit dress because of the salutation material a...nd it felt heavy on (the double layer at the chest, the double layer of the built in shorts). And the overall style looked blah on me (didn't enhance my figure). I think a size XS would have been too small though. And the chemical smell oozing out of the olive colored dress was really really off-putting. I haven't received the S yet, but when it arrives i will not bother to try it on. Had the style of this dress been flattering on me, I would have kept the ST because that is my comfort level (it fell a few inches above my knees, which is good, because the skin on my legs has lost elasticity and that length generally looks better). I can see how some might like this dress (v-neck, simple style) but it did nothing for me. Plus, the built in bra did me no favors. I need structure (underwire) and no way can you wear a regular bra with this.

I love the concept of this dress and the fit is great if you aren't busty. Sizing up won't work for me because the band of the built in bra would be too loose.

Okay, I'm Obsessed: My Honest Review of the Transcend Dress I have been searching for a true "do-it-all" dress for years, and let me tell you, the Arhelta Transcend Dress is the one. I bought it on a whim and I honestly think I've worn it at least once a week since then. If you're looking for something ridiculously comfortable that still looks polished, stop scrolling. Let's start with the material. It feels like soft butter—it's lightweight, stretchy, and just glides over your body without clinging. I live in climates where humidity is a thing, and this fabric is a miracle worker. It's truly quick-drying and moisture-wicking. I've worn it on hot, muggy days and felt totally fine. But the biggest win? Wrinkle resistance. I threw this dress into a tiny packing cube for a weekend trip, pulled it out, and it looked like I had just ironed it. Seriously, if you travel, this feature alone is worth the price tag. The fit is just perfectly balanced. It's semi-fitted, meaning it doesn't look like a sack, but it also doesn't hug every curve in an uncomfortable way. It usually hits me right above the knee, which is great for moving around and staying active.

The material is fantastic, the length was just what I was looking for but it is skin tight, I mean SKIN TIGHT. Not in a tight way as in compression or the wrong size, I mean it's contouring even on your thighs. Some dresses you can stretch out just enough to give you the perfect fit but not this one. It needed just a bit of flare to make it more comforatble, for me. I bought the Small Tall and the Small Regular. Either or both would have been ok with just a little flare IMO. (I'm 59, js)
