I'm 5'7" and 160 lbs. I usually wear a size large bottom and a medium bra with a C to D cup. I ordered this in the M tall and it fits well just a little tight in the middection, but I had a feeling the large might be a little too big on the top side for. Overall I am pleased. It's comfortable and isn't slipping off any shoulders when I sit and is fairly easy to pull down when you need to use the restroom.

I love this dress! I love the fabric, and I love the fit! If you are in the DDD to G range, I would recommend sizing up because of the built in shelf bra. I ordinarily wear a medium, but I ended up buying this in a large.
