I bought this dress on a whim because I loved the color, then second guessed myself because it is kind of too casual for work but I don't usually wear dresses to run errands and such. It sat in my kitchen while I procrastinated in returning it. Well, I waited so long I didn't think I'd be able to re...turn it so I hung it in the closet. I selected it on a whim today and I am SO glad I did! It is absolutely adorable! It fits close to the body without clinging. I think I bought the 'tall' length because I have ridiculously long femurs and am also 40 so don't really want to show my butt when I bend over. In L and Tall it's a perfect above the knee length on me with a comfortable fit for a hot day. I wore it to take a few meetings online, to bring my kids to the playground, and to bop around the house feeling more polished than bike shorts and a tee but just as comfy. Highly recommend!
I liked this dress a lot when I got it. Then I washed it according to directions (on delicate, cold, delicate low heat). The fabric is smooth and soft before washing, it's now rough and it picks up tons of lint, it also shrank. Ordered two sizes and compared the fabric after washing, there is a h...uge difference. I've ordered nicer dresses from other places for less than half the sale price of this. For the price it should be a lot better quality. Disappointed because I was planning on wearing it a lot this spring and summer and now it looks like a rag.

Perfect throw on and go dress. Very lightweight and doesn't wrinkle easily with the day's wear. I did size up for a more comfortable fit. I typically can wear medium in Athleta for most items, but I sized up to Large petite since I didn't want the longer length with the dress. Great for a teacher or Mom. The medium was a little sung in the midsection for me and I didn't want to have to stress about it shrinking with wash/wear.
