Bra is supportive. Use it for going around or workouts like Pilates and cycling. I'm not a fan of the removable padding cause the second time I wore it it was a pain to put it back in place

I avoided trying this bra because I was sure it wouldn't be a "sports" useful bra for me. In a small or xs d/dd it works really well. I haven't run in it yet but its comfortable and flattering! I'll be trying it in other colors for sure. A note tho for layering - the double seam does show through shirts so it makes this limited, if you are like me and use neutral sports bras as work bras.
