This is exactly what I was looking for - a thin layer to block wind and rain, without adding bulk or causing me to overheat! Wish it came in black or dark gray, but settled for the navy blue. I'm tall with insanely long arms and I'm so grateful for Athleta's tall sizes!
I'm surprised no other reviews mention this, but if you look at the first picture you can see that the placket is asymmetrical. The vent only comes around on one side and not the other, giving the jacket very odd and strange look, as one side is sticking out and the other is flat. This seems to be... a very odd design choice. if it weren't for that, it would be a nice lightweight range jacket

The raincoat has a few nice features that you may not notice right away. There are snaps on each wrist so rain won't pour in to your sleeves if you lift your arms. On the inside there are drawstrings that can be pulled to tighten the waistband making the raincoat look not so boxy.

I am 5'4" 123 lbs, 35.5" hips. I loved this in Small Tall. I also got the longer Rainout Trench, and I ended up choosing the Rainout for additional length but this one is super cute and I almost kept both!!!
