I have the Transcend Maxi Dress in size L and the built in bra fits great, I guess they assume XL means XL breasts, too. I wish they would have A-C options like they do in the sports bras. So there is excessive fabric gathered around my ribcage from the bra elastic that's attached to a band of stomach mesh that's attached to the shorts. There are so many seams visible through the outer layer on the front and the sides. The only thing that does work for me (and seemingly me only) is the strap length. The dress length is awkwardly long. So the Large is too small and the XL is too big! No wonder it was on clearance :(

The straps are not adjustable and it runs narrow (in chest ) and the shelf in bra is quite compressive. For reference, I'm 5'5", 148 lbs (athletic figure) and 36C. I'm broad shouldered due to swimming.

I bought this dress and waterfall. It is a super cute dress and I wore it to a graduation party and it will be super cute for trips to Tropical locations. I am 5 ft 7, weigh 140 lb, size 34 DD and bought a size medium which fit me perfectly. The inside lining made made it even more smoothing and flattering on the outside. I did end up wearing a sports bra under it and felt way more secure and confident that way. I am now back to purchase two more dresses.
