Why aren't there more colors of this wide leg version??? 5'2, 135lb, 30" waist, 39" hips, purchased size 8 petite and it fits perfectly like they were made for my measurements. Breezy fabric but not so thin as to show lines or be see through (in black at least). Black looks nice enough to work for b...usiness casual office. Ample pocket space. Historically "high rise" athleta pants have not high enough for me but these hit the perfect spot. Literally my dream pants. Please make more colors!!

So, a few others have mentioned this and I agree: the petite fit in this pant is OFF! First, I am 5'4" and 136lbs and I wear a 2 in both Brooklyn and Endless pants. I got a 4 in these knowing they have a front closure and might be more snug. They are the highest rise pants I have EVER worn! They go ...all the way up to my ribs and are so uncomfortable to sit down in - very small in the waist and baggy in the thighs. This doesn't work for my body, as I am the opposite. I agree with everyone who said the fabric is a perfect, classy, medium weight, and the wide leg cut is easy to dress up or down. Aside from these pros, this pant in petite is a miss. I so wanted to keep them because I need a go-to work pant for spring and fall!

Love the fit, nice room for hips and thighs but waistband goes in just enough so the waist doesn't gap. Light weight material and very comfortable and lays nicely. Love them.

Great fit, super cute, but I can't wear the white. The pockets keep most of the butt coved, but my side butt (underwear and bumpy skin) show. I will have to return and see if there is a darker color I need.

Reference: 5'2", 145#, Apple shape, longer torso, 34" natural waist, typically wear Petite medium or petite size 10 pants/short 31. I love the barrel leg version of this pant but have to size up to a petite 12 because the waist runs tight. Knowing this, I ordered the wide leg version in white, size Petite 12. I absolutely LOVE the wide leg version even more—super flattering and slimming effect on an Apple shape—but I do wonder if they have corrected/adjusted the waist size, as the size 12 fits looser in the waist than the barrel version and I'm debating whether or not I should have sized back down to my normal petite 10. If in doubt, consider ordering two sizes and returning the one that doesn't fit. This is annoying and inconvenient, but unless you can try on in store, you won't have any way of really knowing. I would have to travel at least 2 hours to the nearest Athleta, unfortunately, so I'm caught between a hard place and a rock when it comes to ordering online.
