Hard sharp seam

Great fit for mild to moderate activity. I am not sure how supportive this would be for running, but great for less rigorous activities such as hiking, lifting, yoga, etc. It is comfortable enough to wear all day and is a bit more fitted to curves and more flattering than a traditional sports bra.

its a great bra but the straps arent adjustable. the inserts move when you wash (like all bras with inserts) so i might just remove them
