Much better than prior versions of Interval bra because the chest band isn't so restrictive and tight--more compression through the cup itself helps keep the bounce while still being able to breathe--the chest band is a little weird tho as it almost floats off the ribcage a bit which has me concerned about chafing, but so far no issue. So 3 cheers for loosening up the chest band so I can wear this to run and breathe fully. The downside: The cup liners are super frustrating as they come out every time in the wash through the larger hole on each side and I (like millions of women) despise having to re-stuff them in. PLEASE SEW THESE IN PLACE. I can't dispose of them because they contribute meaningfully to the overall stability and support of the bra--so the better alternative is to make the bra 90's style with enough compression in the fabric over the cups without the discs.
