I got this for a trip to Europe this summer for use as my tote/personal item and believe it will work out well. It's incredibly roomy, lightweight, squishy for public transportation, and has great pockets on the inside. The strap adjusts for both shoulder and crossbody wear (barely, I'm 5'6"). The s...lim outside pocket is a mystery. I don't understand what would fit in there that you could easily fish out. Too narrow for anything, and my slender hand doesn't fit in it. I'm perplexed. But the rest of the bag is great so I'm going to forgive this design flaw. The color is sage and goes with my wardrobe well.

I liked the look of the bag and that it had so many pockets inside. However, the pockets are extremely deep and everything falls to the bottom of the bag. I kept having to dig for anything that I wanted from my bag. I just don't understand why the pockets are so deep. The outer pocket is also very o...dd. Not sure I'd put anything of value in there as again it's very deep. The strap is strange because it's slippery and I couldn't keep the bag on my shoulders no matter what type of top I wore.

I love the size of this bag and how slouchy it is. I'm not sure how to use the pocket on the outside, seems too narrow…but love love the hidden pocket!! Perfect for anything from work to shopping.
