Cute style but weird neckline fit

I really like how this swimsuit looks and feels overall. I love the cut at the top but, as others have mentioned, the neckline does not lay flat. It's puckered and comes away from the body. I love the sleek design of this suit but typically wear racerback styles. To create that, I used a small hair elastic to cinch the back straps together and now it is a perfect and lifting fit!
