Comments about Momentum Flex Top

I had been on the hunt to find a fitted, first layer shirt that I could wear under sweaters as protection from itchy wool and also just as an added layer for warmth so I could go out in the winter with just a vest (coats are so restricting!). At this point, I have about 25 "under shirts" in my closet -- all no bueno. Some lost their shape after a few washes, some the arms are too short, some are too short in length for tucking, some are not fitted enough adding to bulk, some practically strangled me and finally others were too flimsy feeling. This. Is. the. Perfect. Under. Shirt. I know this is not necessarily what it's intended for (still, you could absolutely work out in it) but it does the job I need it for fantastically. The band on the bottom helps keep it in place. It's fitted but not so much that the shoulder is constricting. It is the perfect amount of thickness. It has thumb holes which I find keeps me warmer because the sleeves don't ride up, letting cold air in. I just love it! I have it in black and white and really would love it if it came in a beige version. Great job, Athleta!

I realize that closer to the body, tight, is the norm with workout shirts it seems. I even ordered a size up, and it was too snug, hugging every curve of my body in a way that was not flattering for me. I still gave it four stars because it's great quality and cute. I simply prefer the older version that fit a little looser.

So comfortable, love the colour choice and style

I've only used this top for yoga, but I love it. Top moves with me like a second layer of skin. I find all of Athleta's clothes to be of great quality and this is no exception.

I bought this top to wear to Pilates and it's perfect! I like that it's a little longer and doesn't ride up when doing stretches. It's true to size, I'm usually a medium and it fits perfectly! I will definitely be buying more in other colors!

I chose pink for my top. This is going to be one of my favorite workout tops! It's fitted, but not too tight & the length is perfect as well. Super soft fabric.

Great material and overall fit. I just felt like the sleeves were a little tight and too short.

Finally Athleta changed the specs on this top. Looser in sleeves (still fitted) and slimmer in body, for an athletic physique! I do wish the crewneck was more of a crew, but it's a great improvement overall. This fits similarly to the Speedlight top, the OG of fitness tops from Athleta.

Quality down, styles you love leaving, nothing to buy. This is scratchy and seems exactly the same so no idea why it says new and improved. I actually want to but in motion but they no longer exist and this one isnt for me do I will shop elsewhere and return this.
