Runs big and boxy

The fabric is great, but the jacket runs large, it's boxy and the sleeves are huge. The waist seems like it would be too small to size down.

I purchased both a Small and Medium, I am normally a medium, I'm keeping the medium. I like the sleeves better in the small, not as baggy/bulky. However, while it does stretch, the medium looks more appropriate if I wanted to actually use the buttons. Small just looked a bit tight across the chest when buttoned. Im a 34d for reference. It was also a bit shorter than I expected, but it's super cute!

I normally wear a S and bought an XXS in this jacket with room to spare. The stretch is very forgiving and comfortable. I love the pink sand color for spring and also bought the matching essential t-shirt while it's available.

I'm usually borderline petite small /medium. I ordered the small and I think it runs big. It's rather boxy and the sleeves are way too long. Had to double check that I was actually sent a petite. I plan to return it. I have to roll the sleeves twice just to get them to my natural wrist.

Fabulous jacket – – quality fabric, excellent detailing, on-trend (but classic) style, nice medium weight. BUT — IT RUNS VERY LARGE! I'm reliable size REGULAR SMALL in Athleta, but in this jacket that size is enormous on me. The shoulders droop, the chest is bulky, the sleeves extend past my hands covering the tops of my fingers. The solution: I exchanged it for a PETITE EXTRA SMALL. Bingo!!!
