I have ordered a lot from the Transcend line and some of the larges have been tighter than I like. But this wasn't one of them. Not sure why people are saying it runs small? Perhaps it's the color difference? I got a black pair, large is spot on (I'm 6ft tall, 180lbs, size 12 or 14 in jeans) ALWAYS ...

Too short for a regular length pant

I'm 5'4", and 128 lbs. I ordered a Regular Small, and it's short! The description doesn't list the lenght but I'm assuming is 27.5" lenght just like the salutation joggers and elation joggers. A regular length bottom should be 29" not 27.5", I

The material was great, the workmanship just fine. I bought my usual size (large) and the fit around the hips was shockingly tight. It felt like the top half was made for a different size or body than the bottom half. Strange. Returning for a different style.

These feel like butter, so soft. so comfortable. I agree with others it like a legging on top but I wish it was a little looser. Sizing seemed good to me, ordered a petite, the one thing I don't like is they roll. but that is a by product of being short and weaing more. I'm short waisted so unless its a perfect fit almost everything with elastic that is HIGH RISE, rolls on me. Given they roll I probably won't order more, but if that is not an issue for you get these.
