I love this net. It really takes the pressure off the knees and is thick enough. It also is stable enough that you could do workouts on it without feeling like there is no stability. Definitely recommend.

The foam is very firm and the grooves are somewhat annoying when you don't have the mat folded. It's a good thickness, much thicker than my yoga mat and easier on the knees but it's not as soft as a foam pad. I think it would be good for travel because it folds up.
