I hope your company actually reads the reviews because you finally made a jacket in small enough sizes with sleeves long enough for tall slim women. I am 5'9" and usually a size 2-4, XS fit well, probably could have done XXS but I'm very happy with my purchase. Would love to see more colors and maybe a gold zipper option. Usually your jackets only have tall S as the smallest size and it is so frustrating. A lot of women need tall XS.

I absolutely love this jacket! I get what other reviewers say about the zipper. I wish that they had trimmed the material a tiny bit at the bottom of the zipper. I would give this 4 1/2 stars for the zipper issue but it is fixable. Everything else, though is absolutely perfect. The fit, the material, the lining, the pockets are all really fantastic. I often have to buy a large in Athleta jackets to fit around my hips, but this jacket I was able to get a medium and there is still plenty of room. I would say it runs a tiny bit large. I'm 5'6" 160 lbs for reference.

I think this will become a favorite jacket. I will say it is roomy. I purposely ordered a medium and could have worn a small for a more fitted look. I actually ordered a tall size first but found the sleeves way too long, even for my arms. The regular size sleeve length is fine.

Runs true to size. Versatile jacket, can dress up or down.

This is a lined, dress casual+ jacket. As such it has a very low profile zipper that creates the cleanest & classiest look. And it's not cheap, just slim. Be gentle with it and use both hands to disconnect it — worth an extra half second of effort for such a great looking garment. The sleeves are elegantly long on my very average arms and again, part of the look. Unsnap & make fly cuffs. Or keep snapped and roll once. But I prefer the sleeves just as they were designed.
