I typically buy a small or medium depending on the style. Based on the reviews I bought a small and it is plenty big for a cover-up. The color is beautiful. The material is different than my older pranayama wrap. I was a little worried it wouldn't hold up, but so far has washed well.

I absolutely love the Pranayama Restore Wrap! It's simply perfect in every way! It's soft and the perfect layering piece over pj's, yoga wear or activewear. It's a staple piece and I plan to purchase more colors.

I owned one of these for 8 years and decided I needed a refresh so I ordered a black replacement and the grey. These are my favorite item to throw on any time of year. They are fabulous for around the house, running errands and traveling. I'm sure I will have these two for many years to come. I would recommend ordering a size down, they are generous in sizing but it depends on how flowy you like to wear it.
