Not made for true petites

I want to love these pants so much and they could be great. Fabric, color, idea is on point but the length is all wrong. I ordered the XS Petite and never have an issue with the petite length on other Athleta pants. I would need to take at least 4 inches off to get them to hit close to the length on...

Got these in petite. The length was perfect and I like the white piping detail. Unfortunately they are going back because I feel the bottom of the pants flare out to much. Kind of disappointing.
