I ordered a small and I'm 5'5" and 112lbs. The fit was perfect. The cut makes it not bulky, yet also not tight fitted. The waist hits perfectly. Extremely comfortable. My 20 year old daughter stole immediately, so now we have to share, or I have to buy another one. My only suggestion on future versions is that the pockets are not quite deep enough for a cell phone not to fall out, but also I like that the pockets don't make the front bulky, so maybe that was the trade-off in design. An interior flat pocket might be nice! Love this, I can't imagine anyone not being happy with it, you may just need to order 2 :)
