Finding a sweatshirt, especially a hoodie, that looks quality and not schlubby (in other words, I can look like I rolled out of the gym or out of my home in comfy style, rather than rolled out of my college bunk) is a tricky business. This hoodie checks so many of those boxes that I got it in multi...ple colors. It's a bit of a heavier weight for the warmer climate where I live, but ACs are arctic around here, and it's very nice for traveling and hanging out in cooler weather. The fabric quality is very soft and cozy, and good quality, so I can tell it's going to last a while, especially if you tend to use gentle cycles/detergents. While it's more of a cropped length, I've got a long torso and it hits at my hip bone, which is perfect. I looked at the 'ultra crop' style, and while the shorter length didn't bother me, I didn't like the silhouette as much, and stuck with this one. I'm 5'10 wish 140lb, and the S-Regular fit perfectly. My only critique is the lack of thumbholes. Really wish it had those, but I'll live. ;). I'm going to wear this threadbare, I can already tell.
After 15+ years of being a loyal customer, I'm starting to lose hope in Athleta. I don't know what's going on, but just FYI, not everyone wants their tops/sweatshirts to be cropped. I am 5'9" and typically by a Tall in tops, so I was glad to see these came in Tall sizes. However, this STILL cropped ...on me. How is a sweatshirt supposed to be "cozy & warm" when your belly is hanging out? At 56, I am not interested in crop tops…who exactly is your target audience these days? Please Athleta, stop with all the cropped tops. Just give us a normal length sweatshirt/hoodie. Ideally, it would be a little snatched in the body, too (remember the Triumph & even the original Salutation jackets? Those were great cuts & you got rid of or ruined them. Whoever is mom g these design decisions needs to find another line of work. Very, VERY disappointing. If you keep this up, I'm gonna have to switch to a competitor.

Purchased in a small tall bc I'm 5'10" (145#) and have long arms - I'd say the sleeves are JUST long enough. Definitely an air-dry item for me, not a tumble dry. Nice cropped length, not too baggy, and nice medium weight and very cozy. It's my go-to for pairing with wide-leg pants and leggings w/ a shorter tee or tank underneath. Would definitely purchase again if there were some more green or blue colors!

I'm 5'7", 115 lbs and went with a Small - fits perfectly. This thing is so soft and stretchy it almost feels wrong for something this simple to be this cozy. But here I am, not complaining. What surprised me is how versatile it is. Yes, it's casual, but the fabric is so nice it can actually be dressed up a bit. Not what I expected from a basic zip-up. And the hood - it's generously sized. If you've ever dealt with a hood that barely fits over your head, you'll appreciate this detail more than you can say. Zero complaints on this one. #sweepstakes
