I'm 5'10" and 185lbs with a 34" inseam so it can be difficult finding clothes that fit. It's frustrating that I try on a medium and a large in-store, and when I order the large tall online, the sizing feels completely different in the waist and is literally falling off me. I don't know if it's a qua...lity control issue or another case of clothing lines automatically making their tall sizing wider. I make special trips to the store to ensure I'm ordering the right size and even that has proven time and again to be unreliable. Do designers think everyone with long legs is plus size too? Do you even have tall women on staff in design? Now that I've had my time to vent I do love the colors of these and the fabric is so comfortable and soft. I do worry this will pill on the first wash due to the feel and fabric content though, and I'll be putting in some elbow grease with my fabric shaver. I said this about the matching sweater too but a 100% cotton option for sweats would be ideal for those who are trying to move away from microplastic fabric sourced from fossil fuels.

Initially bought a M Tall in the grey after a friend suggested I try Athleta over Lululemon. I had read to size down so I purchased a M Tall instead of L Tall (I also bought a grey half zip and it's my favourite hoodie). The grey sweatpants are easily my favourite sweatpants I've ever had. I purchas...ed a second black pair and there must be something off because the black pants (also purchased a M Tall) are at least 2" shorter on the right leg than the grey and 3" shorter on the left leg. The material is so lovely but very disappointed in how off the measurements are. I've been searching for good tall sweatpants and I don't know if I'd purchase these again. The difference in leg lengths on the black pair is noticeable when I'm wearing them and they aren't long enough for me like the grey ones are. Fingers crossed that these black sweatpants are a one off because if I order another pair and the length is off I will not be purchasing from Athleta again.

These soft, comfy sweats are dangerous....I don't want to take them off. Perfect for winter and cozy season. They do run generous but nice to have them roomy. They are like your favorite old school sweats.

these are amazing sweatpants. the perfect baggy, comfy, warm fleece pants for MN winters. I got my regular size (typically XL in Athleta) and the waist was slightly looser than normal XL size pants here, but they still fit well. I'd go with your normal size still on these pants, since they come with an inside tie around the waist if you need it. Perfect length and fit with the Regular length (I'm 5'7). Only comment is that the pockets are really far back on the pants for some reason (like not at a natural spot for putting hands in your pocket), but that's minor considering I don't usually use the pockets a ton in these pants. The comfort of them is worth it! They're so cozy, I've bought 2 colors!

These are so soft and cut to be very flattering. My typically size in other brands is XL, I purchased these joggers in XL and they fit a little oversized, which I like. I purchased another pair in L and they also fit very well, just not loose around the butt and thigh. I like these and will probably get another pair or two after seeing how they perform long term.
