I love the length on these, however they were slightly loose around the cuff where I wanted them to hit (closer to my knee) so they are going to slide up for a shorter fit. My daughter tried them on, she's a bit taller than me, and they fit perfectly!

Love the longer length 9" bike shorts for when I cycle or teach a spin class. These shorts are super soft and they stay put and don't ride up during my entire ride.

These shorts are buttery soft. I would say they have a medium compression and I usually like a bit more but these are very comfortable. The high rise is nice. Best of all is the 9" length. I looked around and could only find this length at Athleta. Way to go! I have worn them to run outside in the heat and the are great.

I love these shorts. I bought these as Athleta no longer sells the 9" in salutation stash. I love these even more! I am not in my 20s (or even 30s, 40s) anymore. I want longer shorts or I am not comfortable in the park, neighborhood, etc. These really are buttery soft. They are sleek and fit true to size. For reference, I am 5' 8" and 127 lbs and a small fit perfect. I hope Athleta keeps selling 9" shorts and would love to see a Navy.

I accidentally bought these elation shorts, thinking they had a stash pocket. They do not. athleta used to offer a 9" stash pocket short but doesn't anymore. Shorts with a stash pocket are far superior and athleta should consider that not everyone likes short shorts and BRING BACK THE 9" STASH POCKET SHORT. The 9" shorts are more comfortable and offer better coverage in the sun.
