I immediately contacted customer service, and spoke with 2 different supervisors. The last supervisor I spoke with informed me that and investigation has to be opened and I have to submit pictures of the shorts, tags, and outside shipping label. After submitting the photos, Harriet called me back and offered me a refund and a $10 credit, never offering a replacement of the shorts,she said I would have to place a new order for a the shorts. As an icon member I'm not sure I will ever be shopping at Athleta again. I will spend my money elsewhere after the lack of customer service I received. Very disappointed.
