Received 2 pairs of these leggings for Bday (navy and black color), bought at my local store. The black one had a hole in the back seam which I noticed when I got home and put them on, I did not even have a chance to wear them. Went back to the store and exchanged for the same style , wore them next... day to the gym and thread on the front seam was unraveling all the way to the knee during workout, the good thing it was not the one the holds seem together, so I was able to finish workout but the 20 inch long thread was hanging on the side as I could not cut it with anything. Went back to the local store and decided to give it final try- however the store employee does not seem to understand the difference between EXCHANGE and RETURN and instead of exchanging it, she decided to the return, issued refund and asked me to pay for them again. This was a bday gift and refund was issued not to my card. Considering I already had issues with 2 pairs, I was not willing to pay for my own bday gift. To add to the issue, the manager and employee were trying to tell me it was my fault, I was expected to explain who paid for it, how it was paid and all that so they could process the exchange. Did not even appologized neither for poor quality, nor for improperly processing exchange, by the way I had no issues with the first exchange. Well, I guess Athleta made that decision for me- I will not be buying the leggings there again, quality issues and poor customer service at the store.
