Q: What are Gap Inc. Loyalty Rewards Programs?
A: The Gap Inc. Loyalty Rewards Programs are Gap Good Rewards, Banana Republic Rewards, Navyist Rewards, and Athleta Rewards. Join just one program to enjoy the benefits of them all. These free programs allow Members to earn two (2) points per $1 dollar spent in stores in the United States including Puerto Rico and online on qualifying purchases. at any of our family of brands: Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, and Athleta. For every 500 points earned, Members are awarded a $5 Reward toward a future purchase.
Note: this Navyist Rewards program is a Loyalty program and is separate from the Navyist Card program.
Q: Is this the same as the Gap Inc. Credit Card program?
A: No, if you choose to apply and are approved for a Gap Inc. Credit Card and use that credit card as the payment type for purchases, you are subject to the Gap Inc. credit card rewards program terms and conditions.
Q:Can I be a Loyalty Rewards Program Member and a Gap Inc. Credit Card Program Member?
A: Yes, however it is best to be a member of one program, not both. Gap Inc. Credit Card members earn more points and enjoy additional benefits. If you qualify for a Gap Inc. Credit Card there is no need to sign up for a Loyalty Program.
Q:Are Loyalty points and Gap Inc. Credit Card program points combinable?
A: No, points are earned separately and cannot be combined toward a Reward. However, Rewards earned through a Gap Inc. Credit Card or as a Loyalty Program Member can be used together on a single purchase. Rewards earned through a Gap Inc. Credit Card may be redeemed only with a Gap Inc. Credit Card as payment for any amounts exceeding the Reward amount.

Q: Where can I sign up for one of the Loyalty Programs?
A: You can become a Loyalty Member online or in stores in the United States (including PuertoRico). Gap Good Rewards, Banana Republic Rewards, Athleta Rewards, and Navyist Rewards all allow you to earn points and redeem Rewards across our family of Participating Brands (Gap, Banana Republic, Athleta, and Old Navy) (collectively, “Participating Brands”).
Q:Is the program free?
A: Yes, our Loyalty Programs have no enrollment or annual fees.
Q:Are there any age restrictions for enrollment in Gap Inc. Loyalty Programs?
A: Yes, customers must be at least 16 years old to sign up.
Q: Where are Loyalty Programs available?
A: You can earn points and redeem Rewards across participating Brands both online and in store in the United States, including Puerto Rico, with Navyist Rewards, Gap Good Rewards, Athleta Rewards, and Banana Republic Rewards.
Participating
Q: How do I earn points on a purchase?
A: For in-store purchases, simply provide the phone number tied to your Loyalty account at the time of purchase. For online purchases, you must be logged in using the same email address that is registered to your Loyalty account to earn points on purchases. All qualifying items purchased and linked to your Loyalty account will earn points, which automatically posts to your Loyalty account. Any returns will result in a deduction of the related points from your Loyalty account.
Q: Can I use my Facebook account to log-in online?
A: Signing in using Facebook is available for all Gap Inc. Customers age 16 and older. If the email address associated with your Facebook account is the same as the one used for your Gap Inc. Loyalty account, you will be able to earn points on those transactions. If your Facebook account email address is not the same as the one used for your Loyalty account, you will not earn points on transactions that use Facebook to sign in.
Q: Are there any restrictions on my purchases qualifying for points?
A: Taxes, fees, donations, and services (including shipping, packaging, and delivery) do not qualify to earn points. Members also do not earn points for the amount of any coupon or discount applied to a purchase, or for any amount paid for using a gift card, merchandise credit, merchandise return card, or Reward certificate. Currently the program is only available for qualifying purchases at Participating Brands and their websites.
Q: What if I forget to add my Membership information at the time of purchase?
A: Unfortunately, you cannot earn points for a transaction after the time of purchase. In-Store transactions must be registered by providing your Membership phone number at the time of purchase. For online purchases, you must use the same email address that is registered to your Membership to earn points on purchases.

Q: How do points work?
A: Points are earned when you provide your Membership phone number in Participating Brand stores in the United States, including Puerto Rico, or when you use your Membership email address online at athleta.com, bananarepublic.com, bananarepublicfactory.com, gap.com, gapfactory.com, and oldnavy.com when making a qualifying purchases
Q: How many points do I earn for each dollar spent?
Members earn 2 points per $1 spent on qualifying items.
Q: How many points do I need to earn a Reward?
For every 500 points earned, you will receive a $5 Reward. Rewards can be redeemed at Participating Brands
Q: How long does it take for points to post to my Loyalty account?
A: Points will be posted to your Loyalty account within one day from the date of purchase. Points are initially earned in a pending status. After 14 days, earned points become active. Once you have 500 or more active points, those points will automatically convert to Rewards.
Q: Do points expire?
Points will not expire if you make at least 1 qualifying purchase every 24 months. Points expire after 24 months if you do not make any qualifying purchase in the 24-months after earning them. Points have no monetary value.

Q: What are Rewards?
A: Rewards are promotional discount certificates that can be used on qualifying Participating Brands and online at athleta.com, bananarepublic.com, bananarepublicfactory.com, gap.com, gapfactory.com, and oldnavy.com.
Q: When will I receive my Rewards?
A: You will be awarded $5 in Rewards each time you reach 500 points throughout the duration of your Membership. Points are initially earned in a pending status. After 14 days, points become active. Once you have 500 active points, those points are automatically converted to a $5 Reward. For example, once you have 1000 active points, those points will convert to a $10 Reward. Once you reach 1500 active points, those points will convert to a $15 Reward.
Q: How will I know when I've earned a Reward?
A: You will receive an email each time active points convert into a Reward. You can also check your Membership balance in your Loyalty account, or by calling Customer Service.
Q: Are there any restrictions for using Rewards?
A: Rewards cannot be used toward the purchase of a Gift Card. Three Rewards may be redeemed together per transaction in store. Five Rewards may be redeemed together per transaction online. See the program terms for full restrictions and details on how to redeem Rewards.
Q: How do I redeem my Rewards?
A: Present Rewards found in your Loyalty account, or in your email, to the store associate to scan at checkout in participating stores. A store associate can also help you look up your Rewards when you're ready to checkout. Online, click the Reward in checkout, or enter the promotion code from your Rewards at checkout.
Q: When do my Rewards expire?
A: Rewards expire six months after the date they are issued to you. After six months, any unused value is forfeited. Rewards are promotional in nature and have no cash value.
Q: Can family members use my Rewards?
A: No, Rewards are non-transferrable.
Q: Do I have to use the entire value of a Reward at one time?
A: Yes. When you choose to use a Reward, your purchase transaction will be credited for the value of the Reward or the transaction total (whichever is less). Any remaining Reward value will be forfeited.

Q: What kind of emails can I expect to receive?
A: After you enroll, we'll send you transactional emails regarding your Membership status. You'll also receive marketing emails with the latest news and promotions from the program, and from the brand through which you enrolled.
Q: What if I don't want to receive emails?
A: To stop receiving brand marketing and promotional emails, click unsubscribe at the bottom of any brand marketing email and enter the email address to be unsubscribed. See our Privacy Policy for additional information. Please note that it may take up to 10 days to process an opt-out request once it is received.
Q: How will my phone number be used?
A: Your phone number will be used as your Membership number when you make a purchase in a participating store. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we use the data you provide us in general.

Q: How do I keep my Membership active?
A: Your Membership will stay active if you have at least 1 qualifying transaction within a two-year period. If there have been no transactions in your Loyalty account for a period of two years, your Loyalty account will be considered inactive. Inactive Loyalty accounts will be closed two years after the date of the last transaction in the Loyalty account.
Q: How do I cancel my Membership?
A: To cancel a Membership, please contact Customer Service online or by calling Customer Service at 1-877-328-4538. Note: by cancelling your Membership, any unused points or unredeemed Rewards are forfeited, and you will not receive points and/or Rewards for future purchases at our brands unless you re-enroll.
