Athleta pays a premium on all Fair Trade products to build Community Development Funds. Worker-elected committees, mainly women, choose how to use these funds to address their local needs.

We are certified to the RWS by CU893801, which verifies wool fiber animal welfare and land management requirements and tracks it from farm to final product.
