I wanted this bag so bad! All the reviews seemed great. I want to be able to have a bag that I take my laptop, wallet, keys, water, and all the other necessities in one place. Love this bag! The material is so soft and allows some stretch if my bag is a little full, which happens a lot! I carry a 13 inch laptop and still have a lot of room for everything else. Very pleased with this purchase!!

I've never been so excited and subsequently so let down by a bag before. I wanted to love it. I had it all packed and ready to go. As I'm walking out the door, I realize it won't fit over my suitcase handle. I'm talking a cm. The dang zipper won't allow for easy access. Purpose = completely defeated. What a massive bummer.
